Catching Killers is a Netflix docuseries that tells the stories of the investigators who caught some of the world’s most notorious criminals. As someone who watches A LOT of true crime, this series stands out because of the perspective it takes focusing on the investigation. With interviews from the people who worked the case, we get an inside look into the struggles and obstacles faced during the investigation.

While there are a lot of issues within the criminal justice system that allow for corruption, I am always in awe of the individuals who give their all to solving crimes and bringing justice and closure to the victims and their families. Season 2 features the investigators who caught BTK, The Phoenix Serial Shooter, and The Toronto Village Killer.
